SUBSTANCE: device includes a frame 1 with support elements and a stripping unit 3, a conveying device 4, and a flow guide 5 to allow the stripped material to move from the stripping device 3 to the conveying device 4, mounted on the frame. The stripping unit 3 is made in the form of a stripping drum 6 and a rotary fairing 7. The conveying device 4 is made in the form of a screw 8 and a bed 9. On the rotary fairing 7, the guide 5 and the bed 9, plates 10, 11 and 12 with integral working surfaces are installed. The sliding friction coefficient of the stripped material over the working surfaces of the plates 10, 11 and 12 is lower than the sliding friction coefficient of the stripped material over the surfaces of the stripping drum 6 and the screw 8, interacting therewith.
