SUBSTANCE: closing device (2) for beverage container contains the major assembly (9), equipped with the hole (32) for drinking, and the valves unit (20) for blocking or opening the passage to the hole (32) for drinking from the container from the side, facing the beverage container of the closing device (2). The valves unit (20) contains the valve element (26), having two sections (27, 28), connected to each other in the area of valve element (26) in the position, where the valve element (26) is hingedly connected to the major assembly (9). Only one of two sections (27, 28) is in direct communication with the hole (32) for drinking of the major assembly (9) so, that the least common torque can be generated on the specified one section (28), when the valve element (26) is exposed to pressure from the closing device (2), facing the drinking container.

EFFECT: reliability increase.
