FIELD: waste recycling.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the equipment for processing plastics or resins and can be used in medicine, as well as in food, chemical and other industries. Device is proposed for thermally molding a molten polymer or resin by injection molding, consisting of a cylindrical melting chamber equipped with a heater, inside which a piston is arranged to move along the axis of the chamber, and an injection mould, while the internal cavity of the mold with the help of a hermetically sealed connection connects with the internal cavity of the melting chamber. Distinctive feature of the proposed device is that the melting chamber with a mold is located inside a sealed housing, the inner hollow of which is connected to a fore-vacuum pump. Internal hollow of the injection mold is in connection with the internal hollow of the sealed housing, and the melting chamber, piston and injection mold are made of an aluminum-containing alloy. Injection mold is proposed, consisting of a housing with a vertical plane of the connector, top and bottom covers, which together create a hollow for placing the forming material inside the mold. Moreover, on the detachable parts of the body, holes are provided for loading the shaping material into the mold. Distinctive feature of the inventive mold is that the lower cover is with a hole for supplying the molten polymer and with a quick-detachable attachment means to the melting chamber, the upper cover is with a hole for the output of the excess polymer. Both coverss are conical inwardly of the mold hollow and are arranged around the perimeter in the annular grooves which are in the body, and the detachable parts of the casing are combined with at least one adjustable hose clamp located on the outer surface of the casing.

EFFECT: technical result is improved operational characteristics and improving the quality of products.
