FIELD: processing of thermoplastic materials, particularly, equipment or devices for manufacture of articles from polymer materials, particularly, polyethylene. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular metal body, heating unit in the form of hollow cylinder, heating unit with drive at inlet of tubular body, nozzle located at outlet of tubular body and adjusted to mold found in body base and unit limiting heating temperature of molten material. Hollow cylinder is located inside body and made from ceramic material, for instance, from porcelain with external spiral grooves receiving heating element. Pressure unit is made in the form of easily detachable cover secured to body by means of fastening members. Fitted onto body from atop is bushing to avoid body deformation caused by fastening members. Easily detachable cover has nut locked from axial motion and engageable with screw and with piston mounted on it. Mold is made in the form of gate with molding removable sockets. Gate is located in window and movable over window guides in transverse direction relative to hollow cylinder axis. Gate ends have stops for alternating coincidence of filling nozzle with gate filling hole, when thrusting the body base. Invention offers developed simplified device for manufacture of polymer articles by injection molding for individual or small-scale production on base of porcelain cylinder.
