SUBSTANCE: method includes the study of immunity indices - the total content of leukocytes ×109/l, lymphocytes, %, CD19-lymphocytes, %, natural killers (CD3-CD16+/CD56+), %, in the peripheral blood, parameters of humoral immunity - immunoglobulins G, A, M, g/l and factors of nonspecific resistance of the organism - phagocytic activity of neutrophils (PAN), % and phagocytic index (PI), units. With a count of leukocytes of 6.1×109/l and below, and lymphocytes - 30%, natural killers - 17.9%, Ig G - 23.6, Ig A - 3.9, Ig M - 2.4 g/l, PAN - 65% and PI - 8.9 units and above, restoration of immunity indices with patient recovery is ascertained. With a count of leukocyte of 8.2×109/l and above, and lymphocytes - 23%, natural killers - 10.9%, Ig G - 15.8, Ig A - 2.9, Ig M - 1.7 g/l, PAN - 52% and PI - 7.6 units and below, unfavourable outcome of the course of local cold trauma is ascertained.

EFFECT: application of this invention allows to evaluate the effectiveness of immune rehabilitation measures in patients with deep limb frostbites that provide a favourable course of the recovery process.
