METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE FLOW OF POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDERS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2310202 C1

FIELD: medicine, psychiatry.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the flow of post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD_ at early stages of the disease. In patients one should detect the range of accompanying somatic diseases and immunological values. In case of accompanying somatic pathology and at the decrease of : T-lymphocytes (CD3+) up to 56% and less, natural killers (CD16+) up to 8% and less and at the increase of: the content of B-lymphocytes and activated T-lymphocytes (HLADR+) up to 24% and more, the level of circulating immune complexes (CIC) up to 145 cond. u. and more it is possible to predict chronic flow of post-traumatic stress disorders. Application of such a simple method enables to predict the flow of PTSD at earlier stages of the diseases and, thus, purposefully carry out psychotherapeutic and pharmacological measures.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
