FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: raw materials are mixed with water in terms of 5.0 to 100.0 g of water per 1 g of the raw materials. An oxidation catalyst is added to the resulting mixture, which is the suspension of iron (III) dispersed oxide or hydroxide, in terms of 0.01 to 1.0 g of the initial ferric chloride hexahydrate per 1 g of the raw material, and the hydrogen peroxide solution in terms of 0.005 to 10.0 g of hydrogen peroxide per 1 g of the raw materials. The resulting reaction mixture is stirred at a temperature of 20°C-60°C for 4-12 hours at a stirring speed of 60-300 rpm. The product obtained is separated into the liquid and the solid phase. The liquid phase representing the desired product is used either directly in the liquid form or in the dry form after its evaporation.
EFFECT: obtaining a plant growth stimulant from available lignocellulosic raw materials while reducing the consumption of reagents for treating raw materials and reducing the energy consumption for treating raw materials.
