In this case, the means (9) is arranged for sliding along the drum element (8) parallel to the rotation axis (X) between the retracted position providing arrangement of the rod (2) on the guiding-supporting means (6), and extended position providing the support and directed feed of the rod (2).
EFFECT: simplified design of the feeding device and its maintenance.
