MINI CHP, WORKING ON RENEWABLE SOURCES OF ENERGY Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F24J3/08

Abstract RU 2643877 C2

FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities in the field of heat power engineering and can be used in systems of autonomous integrated energy supply of settlements, industrial enterprises and other objects from renewable energy sources (RES). Mini-CHP, which operates on RES, is equipped with the same type or hybrid primary conversion units with energy resources at the outlet in the form of heated and compressed air, seasonal subterranean aerodynamic heaters – storage of thermal energy, as well as powerful secondary thermal-mechanical converters with a system for utilization of thermal discharges and without a steam-powered link. Primary converters of renewable energy to thermal energy (for example, solar collectors) and (or) to the energy of compressed air (wind and hydraulic installations with air blowers) allow to use the simplest in design and energy-intensive heat accumulators with direct heat exchange or with aerodynamic energy conversion (as in the known aerodynamic drying chambers). Ground-based aerodynamic heaters-accumulators of thermal energy provide a long, up to seasonal time intervals with insufficient supply of natural energy, and the uninterrupted operation of mini-CHP. At the same time, the cost of building of such heat accumulators is minimal, they practically do not need maintenance, and in the occupied by them territory can be placed primary transformers. Powerful heat-mechanical converters without a steam-powered link ensure the operation of mini-CHP in a wider range of operating temperatures with maximum selection of the thermal resource, and this reduces the size of the battery and the loss of heat.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to solve the problems of energy supply of many objects, saving energy resources and protecting the environment.
