FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for providing the design position of an underground pipeline while lying under the conditions of permafrost soils comprises a bearing element with ties and a collar. As a bearing element, bored piles with a system of thermal soil stabilization are used, installed on both sides of the pipeline deeper than the thawing aureole. The ties round the pipeline from above and from below, are made in the form of two steel cables with a lanyard at each end and are fastened to the bored pile by means of an embedded element. Loops at the ends of the cables are fixed with clamps. The collar put on the pipeline is made detachable, its halves are joined by means of two pins on each side. Each of the two joints has two openings, which form loops for the passage of steel cables.
EFFECT: ensuring the stable position of underground pipeline sections in permafrost soils.
