FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction on permafrost soils with preservation of permafrost state of soils of bases, and is used in construction of metal pile foundations of buildings and structures. Method of construction and arrangement of piles in permafrost zones includes arrangement of a pit, immersion of hollow metal piles, performance of measures to minimize degradation permafrost processes, performance of soil freezing by ventilation of piles cavity, cutting of piles to design elevations, filling cavity of piles with cement-sand mixture or dry sand mixture, installation of heat-insulating screen within boundaries of structure, implementation of anti-heaving measures. Freezing is performed to the required level of redundancy determined by the redundancy factor. After filling the cavity of the pile, from above, above the boundary of the active layer, a structural metal element of full factory readiness in the form of a heat-stabilizing coupling is mounted to form a thermal pile. Coupling is made with a connector along the height in the zone of the active layer with the formation of a heat exchange chamber with the environment, a cooling chamber and a unit for ensuring damping of thermal waves of seasonal oscillations in the connector zone, in which a rigid heat-insulating material is placed, as well as with finning in a heat exchange chamber and with tubes directing the air flow, spaced apart along the height.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of repairability of the buried part of the thermal stabilization coupling under the operated building, increasing the service life of seasonal cooling devices.
