FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electricity meter (EM) for power consumed from single-phase mains, consists of a microcontroller with a connected power supply unit, indication unit, induction control buttons unit, non-volatile memory, unit of transmission and reception of data on standard information channels, mains voltage sensor and several current sensors connected to the lines connecting the mains and electric loads of multiple subscribers. EM has a digital signal processor (DSP), connected by a digital interface bus to the microcontroller and containing a unit of several electricity consumption meters, a unit of several analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). An ADC unit contains one ADC for mains voltage measurement connected to each electricity consumption meter and several ADCs for current measurement, and each ADC for current measurement is connected to one corresponding electricity consumption meter.
EFFECT: optimization of electricity consumption metering in single-phase electrical mains by many subscribers.
