SUBSTANCE: steam ironing device comprising iron (1) having ironing sole (2; 202) with front part (21; 221) equipped with apertures (20; 220) for the steam outlet and rear part (22; 222) that does not include steam outlet apertures, herewith the steam enters steam outlet apertures (20; 220) from diffusion chamber (30; 230) closing front part (21; 221) of the sole, in which the supply to diffusion chamber (30; 230) is provided by means of a steam distribution loop arranged in heating casing (4; 204) being in thermal contact with rear part (22; 222) of the sole, herewith diffusion chamber (30; 230) is configured able to lower the temperature of the steam exiting the steam distribution loop in such a way, that the temperature of the steam in the area of steam outlet apertures (20, 220) is within the range from 100 °C up to 120 °C.
EFFECT: steam ironing device is proposed.
