SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic device made with an ability to change the appearance of the eye contains a contact lens that has a central zone, which contains a pupil plot in its center and an impact zone, located on the perimeter of the central zone and a peripheral zone surrounding the central zone. The central zone has a size corresponding to the size of the iris, and a number of coloured lines arranged in the form of a wavy, repetitive pattern formed in the impact zone of the central zone. The coloured lines have the same width and thickness and are made with peaks and troughs that propagate towards and away from the pupil plot. The distance between each coloured line is not the same for the addition of shade and depth of the iris when the contact lens is on the eye.
EFFECT: improved shade and depth of the iris.
