SUBSTANCE: presented single-domain and oligomeric antibodies contain an antigen-binding amino acid sequence, selected from a group consisting of sequences SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 10, on the basis of which compositions, intended for the prevention and treatment of infection of mammals caused by Ebola virus, are created.

EFFECT: proposed antibodies bind to the GP protein of the Ebola virus and have a virus-neutralizing activity and protect against infection and development of the infection in vivo.
