SUBSTANCE: downhole equipment includes a rotary actuating system, a drill string having a bottom hole assembly and an upper end connected to the rotary actuating system, and a speed controller for controlling rotation speed of the drive of the actuating system. The actuating system is controlled so that the torque provided by the actuating system during actuation of the drill string by the actuating system is changed over a certain period of time. Based on the alternating torque and rotation speed of the drive of the drill string upper end, received the evaluation function of the torque-speed is compared with function of transformation torque-speed calculated on the basis of computer model of downhole equipment.
EFFECT: increased accuracy for determination of working parameters.
