SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the test equipment, in particular to the stands for loading structures in strength tests. In the hydraulic system for structural loading under strength testing, containing an uncontrolled pump with a variable frequency drive motor, a three-position hydraulic distributor, loading hydraulic cylinder, load level indicator, hydropneumatic accumulator with safety unit in the discharge line, overflow valve with proportional control and pressure sensor, program dial. In order to expand the area of work on pressure and to avoid the occurrence of pressure pulsations during the smooth unloading of the load hydraulic cylinder, a two-position valve with a proportional control for smooth disconnection of the hydropneumatic accumulator when the pressure in the hydraulic system 1.1 of the charging pressure of the hydraulic accumulator accumulator is reached. For emergency and smooth pressure relief, a needle valve is installed on the pressure line, the outlet of which is connected to the drain line. To reduce heat losses, the pump output is controlled by a frequency-controlled motor and is matched programmatically to the flow rate of the proportional overflow valve in order to ensure a minimum flow rate to ensure a given force.

EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of the pressure operation area with a connected hydropneumatic accumulator and exclusion of pressure pulsations in the charging zone of the hydropneumatic accumulator.
