FIELD: railway transport; track machinery.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for repair and maintenance of permanent way. Proposed positive-displacement hydraulic drive has hydraulic pump, hydraulic distributing system, hydraulic motor with reduction gear fitted on its output shaft and connected with working member, and load stabilization flywheel accumulating system. Hydropneumatic accumulator and oil cooler are installed on section of hydraulic motor pressure line through hydraulic distributor providing locking of said section at preservation f pressure of working liquid in section when working member is stopped. Working volume Vo for hydropneumatic accumulator is characterized by relationship of pressure of inlet charge of gas in hydropneumatic accumulator or pressure in hydraulic system at idle running of raking chain, mathematical expectation of pressure fluctuation amplitude, mathematical expectation of pressure in hydraulic system, fractious elongation of neck of hydropneumatic accumulator owing to connection of mass of liquid from both sides of neck, length of neck indices of polytropic curve, density of working liquid and frequency of pressure fluctuations in hydraulic system. Moment of inertia of drive members for determining parameters of flywheel is characterized by relationships in pre-resonance zone and post-resonance zone of pressure fluctuation frequency in hydraulic system, stability of gas in hydropneumatic accumulator, mathematical expectation of pressure fluctuation amplitude and hydraulic pump working volume, and speed of hydraulic pump shaft.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption and increased efficiency of hydraulic drive owing to higher accuracy of selection of parameters of hydropneumatic accumulator and flywheel for overcoming periodically changing moment of resistance of rotating working member at practically constant torque built by hydraulic motor.
