FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for use in the treatment of the false joint of the protuberance of humeral head with valgus deformation of the distal part in children. Osteotomy of the humerus and eliminate deformity is carried out. Excision of the false joint zone of the head humeral humerus is performed, the area of the excised false joint is compressed. Protuberance of the humerus is fixed to the excision site with the Kirschner knitting needle. They produce an epicondyllic ellipsoidal osteotomy of the humerus with the removal of the valgus deformation of the distal humerus, and the needle is removed. Fragments are fixed with biodegradable screws.
EFFECT: method enables to shorten the treatment time and reduce the traumatism of the intervention.
