FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: wedge supracondylar corrective osteotomy of the humerus is performed in slant horizontal and slant frontal planes. Two K-wires with thrust pads are directed X-wise. Additional K-wires are directed through the olecranon and humerus in the frontal plane. Ilizarov apparatus consisting of 2 half rings is mounted.
EFFECT: method can completely eliminate the distortion, ensure the stability of fixation.
