FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: hybrid magnetic circuit of electromechanical energy converters contains a rotor, n U-shaped cores, gathered from a strip of amorphous ferrum and forming grooves and teeth of the stator magnetic circuit, a winding laid in the grooves of the stator magnetic circuit. In this case, n U-shaped cores are arranged in such a way that axial cooling holes are formed between them for axial cooling tubes, and a hollow cylinder of soft magnetic material with magnetic induction of saturation of 1.5 times higher than in amorphous ferrum is located on the outer side of n U-shaped cores. In this case, there is the possibility of an interpolar closure of the magnetic flux.
EFFECT: increase of reliability, mechanical strength, energy efficiency and minimization of heat emission of electromechanical energy converters, increase in the efficiency of electromechanical energy converters, increased linear current loading of electromechanical energy converters with external liquid cooling of the stator surface.
