FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electromechanical energy converters of autonomous objects. The stator of an electric machine with intensive cooling contains a housing, a stator magnetic circuit located inside it, in the grooves of which a winding with frontal projections and slot insulation are laid. On the outer part of the stator magnetic circuit there are axial cooling channels, and in the inner part of the stator magnetic circuit there is a cooling cup, which is hermetically connected to the shields from the ends, and the shields are hermetically connected to the housing in the inner part of the stator magnetic circuit. A feature of the claimed invention is the location of the cooling cup in the recesses of the grooves and it having a shape of a cylinder made of sheet plastic non-magnetically conductive dielectric material having a toothed shape. The teeth are located in the lower part of the groove of the stator magnetic circuit. The cooling glass consists of two parts hermetically connected to the stator magnetic circuit. Inlet and outlet fittings are hermetically installed in the openings of the housing and configured for refrigerant inlet and outlet, respectively, as well as an electrically conductive output bolt with a nut connected to the output ends of the winding.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, minimization of heat generation and reduction in the weight and dimensions of the stator.
