FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method belongs to the field of hydrometallurgy of rare and dispersed elements, in particular, to the sorption extraction of vanadium from ores. The method consists in the fact that the sulfuric acid solutions produced during the acid leaching of the ore raw material are sorbed onto anion exchange resin, after which the mother liquors of sorption vanadium extraction are treated with a prepared ferrigel solution in an amount of 12.5-25.0 g on 1 g of vanadium, which, after filtration, is fed to the sulphate leaching operation of original ore, to increase the recovery of the target component. Treatment of sorption cells with ferric gel is carried out for 20-40 minutes. As a source for the production of ferrigel, a part of mother liquors of the sorption extraction of vanadium is used.
EFFECT: reducing the vanadium content in sorption mother liquors and increasing the extraction of the target component, reducing the environmental load on the environment.
