SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pharmacology and is a remedy having a corrective effect on cartilage tissue metabolism comprising the following mixture of amino acids: aspartic acid in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, serine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, glutamic acid in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, glycine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, histidine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, arginine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, threonine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, alanine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, proline in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, tyrosine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, valine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, methionine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, lysine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, isoleucine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml, leucine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml and phenylalanine in amount of 0.01–100 mcg/ml dissolved in a liquid pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

EFFECT: invention provides anesthetic and anti-inflammatory effect, has chondroprotective effect, regulates metabolism in the cartilaginous tissue, stimulates recovery process in tissues of the articular cartilage and in the interstitial tissue and as consequence, reduces strength of pain at rest and movement, facilitates overall motor activity of affected joints, increases volume of their movements.
