SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to a pharmaceutical preparation with chondroprotective and anti-inflammatory action. Pharmaceutical preparation with chondroprotective and anti-inflammatory action in the form of a solution for injections is characterized by the fact that it contains a bioactive extract of small sea fish, dalargin and auxiliary substances, including phenol, ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate, nipazol and water for injections with the following content of components: bioactive extract of small sea fish 30-70 IU; dalargin 0.5-1.5 mg; ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate 0.1-2.0 mg; phenol 3.0-7.0 mg; nipazole 0.5-1.5 mg, water for injections up to 1.0 ml.
EFFECT: composition of the preparation in the form of a solution for intramuscular administration is aimed at improving the pharmacological action – chondroprotective and anti-inflammatory action, reducing side effects, possibility of longer administration and maintaining stability during the entire storage life of the preparation.
