SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, and can be used in treating arthrological diseases. Application according to the invention refers to course administration of a drug, where the course contains no more than 20 intramuscular injections of 200 mg of sodium chondroitin sulphate every second day.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to reduce the time to achieve a therapeutic effect, equal or greater clinical effectiveness, as well as higher safety of treatment compared to the standard course of 25–30 injections due to a shorter therapeutic course.
