FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and concerns a noise-attenuating barrier for textile machines. This is achieved by that in the casing of the spindles of a textile machine containing a barrier mounted on the machine spindle beam at the level of its spindles along their row with vibro-sound-absorbing layers fixed on its inner surface, the barrier is made of an upper and a lower part, each of which consists of a body made of sheet corners with the apex angle of 90°, rigidly fixed to the spindle beam in its upper and lower parts, and a vertically disposed removable cover, wherein the thickness of placed on the plates vibration-absorbing layer is 2…4 times greater than the thickness of the body and the cover plates, herewith the casing elements are mounted onto the machine by means of vibration-proof rubber pads, the total rigidity of which is lower than the rigidity of the vibration-damping suspension of the spindle, as a material of the vibration-absorbing layer an elastic sheet vibration-absorbing material is used with an internal loss factor of at least 0.2, or a composite material, or a plastic such as Agat, Antivibrit, Schwim, and the sound-absorbing element of the casing barrier comprises a smooth and a perforated surfaces, between which there is a multi-layer sound-absorbing structure made in the form of a rigid and a perforated wall, a sound-reflecting layer adjoining the rigid wall, and a sound-absorbing layer adjoining the perforated wall, wherein sound reflecting material layer is made from complex profile composed of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, allowing to reflect sound waves incident in all directions, and the perforated wall has the following perforation parameters: hole diameter – 3÷7 mm, perforation percent 10÷15 %, herewith the shape of the holes can be of a round, triangular, square, rectangular or a diamond-shaped profile, herewith in case of non-circular holes, the maximum diameter of the circle inscribed in the polygon should be considered as the nominal diameter, and mineral wool on a basalt basis of the "Rockwool" type or mineral wool of the "URSA" type are used as the sound-absorbing material, or basalt wool of the P-75 type, or a glass wool with glass-fiber lining, or a foamed polymer, for example, polyethylene or polypropylene, while the surface of the fibrous absorbers is treated with special porous paints that let air in (for example, "Acutex T"), or is covered with breathable fabrics or non-woven materials, for example, "Lutrasil".

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of noise reduction.
