FIELD: textile.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and concerns a noise-attenuating barrier for textile machines. This is achieved by that in the barrier of the spindles of a textile machine containing a casing mounted on the machine spindle beam at the level of its spindles along their row with vibrosound-absorbing layers fixed on its inner surface, and from the outside – plates fixed to it along a row of spindles of the machine with a vibration-absorbing layer placed on their lower surface, the spindles on the spindle bar of the machine being installed by means of elastic gaskets made of elastomer, ratio of their total stiffness to bending stiffness of the spindle bar is within optimal range of 0.01…0.1, and the thickness of the vibration-absorbing layer placed on the plates is 2…4 times greater than the thickness of the plates, as a material of the vibration-absorbing layer an elastic sheet vibration-absorbing material is used with an internal loss factor of at least 0.2, or a composite material, or a plastic such as Agat, Antivibrit, Schwim, as a sound-absorbing material of the casing, the Rockwool elements made of mineral wool on a basalt basis, or URSA mineral wool plates are used, or P-75 type basalt wool plates, or glass wool plates with glass-felt lining is used, or a foamed polymer, for example polyethylene or polypropylene, while the sound-absorbing element over its entire surface is lined with an acoustically transparent material, for example EZ-100 type glass fiber or Poviden polymer type, the spindle guard contains a sound-absorbing device made in the form of smooth and perforated surfaces, between which there is a layer of sound-absorbing material of a complex shape, which is an alternation of solid areas and hollow sections, the hollow sections being formed by prismatic surfaces having cross-section, parallel to the plane of the drawing, shape of a parallelogram, which internal surfaces have a toothed structure, herewith the vertices of the teeth face the inside of the prismatic surfaces, and ribs of the prismatic surfaces are secured on the smooth and perforated walls respectfully, the cavities of the hollow sections, formed by prismatic surfaces, are filled with a sound absorber, and between the smooth surface and continuous sections of the layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape, as well as between the perforated surface and solid sections, there are resonant plates with resonant inserts performing the functions of the neck of Helmholtz resonators.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in noise reduction efficiency.
