FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Starting from the conduit edge end connected to pulmonary artery region, longitudinal section along the conduit and a transverse section are made, wherein transverse incision length corresponds to half the length of conduit circle. Resulting conduit sections obtained by cross section are diverted in different directions, giving conduit indicated end shape of the letter T. Section is made passing through right and left pulmonary arteries to mouths of their lobar branches on each side. Conduit is oriented in such a way that divergent segments of conduit – flat part of the letter T – coincide with length of completed vascular incision, and sew conduit in this section.
EFFECT: method makes possible preventing conduit dysfunction in distal stenosis development in long-term postoperative period, which is the case with classical round and oval types of anastomosis, due to absence of two-dimensional circular closure of anastomosis line; provides possibility to manipulate the angle of conduit connection with bifurcation of pulmonary artery in order to minimize its outflow segment curve, depending on chosen vascular incision site on the pulmonary arteries; allows application of anastomosis with the absence of a pulmonary trunk.
