FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. When implementing the method of making a bifurcated conduit of the pulmonary artery, parts of its tubular body are formed from a chemically stabilized venous vessel of cattle by the size of the arteries of the patient. First part is formed for connection with pulmonary arteries, and the second part is formed from the valve part of the venous vessel for connection with the pulmonary trunk of the artery. Then second part is folded along long side and at distance of 5–10 mm above commissure line and its end is cut along arc with deflection boom from 5 to 10 mm, oriented vertex from top of valve flaps. First part is folded along the long side and in the middle of the fold an arc-shaped cutout is made along the arc of the cut off end of the second part. First part is arranged between ledges of cut end of second part for connection by end-to-side type and first part is stitched with second part by two-row continuous seam, which is applied between edges of cutout of first part and edges of ledges of cut end of second part. Bifurcation conduit of the pulmonary artery comprises a tubular body, tubular parts formed by the dimensions of the arteries of the patient. First part is formed for connection with pulmonary arteries, and the second part is formed from the valve part of the venous vessel and is made for connection with the pulmonary trunk of the artery.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables creating confluent pulmonary blood flow from the right ventricle by implanting a bifurcation prosthesis of the trunk and branches of the pulmonary artery in the area between the right ventricle and the mouths of the lobar branches of both pulmonary arteries.
