FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: screening block comprises a substantially transparent sub-layer and a plurality of active layers. These layers are configured to absorb electromagnetic radiation in the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum, sequential shift through each of the specified multiple active layers of the specified electromagnetic radiation from the specified visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum to an invisible part of the electromagnetic spectrum and to emit electromagnetic radiation in the specified invisible part of the electromagnetic spectrum.
EFFECT: invention provides a consistent shift of visible light to the invisible one.
