FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: surface foundation for a single-storey building on permafrost grounds consists of a set of foundation modules fully factory-ready, which are connected to the heat pump in parallel with the help of heat-insulated collectors of the heating and cooling circuits of the heat pump. Heat insulated collector of heating circuit has an additional source of heat that compensates lack of low-grade heat, pumped by the heat pump from the ground to heat the building, the intensity of which is automatically regulated depending on heat loss of the building and the amount of low-grade heat pumped by the heat pump.
EFFECT: creation of a foundation design that fully provides the heating of the building while maintaining the ground base in a frozen state, regardless of the climate change and does not cause excessive cooling of permafrost soils, which can lead to their cracking, without the padding device.
