FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and is intended for application in heat power engineering, achievement of saving costs for power consumption of boiler plants. Combined device of inlet air preheating for boiler plant, which is ventilation system for regulation of supply air parameters, comprising fans, valves, heater, heat exchanger comprises a system of pipelines with inlet and outlet branch pipes with shut-off valves, built in the body of bulk soil foundation of boiler plant and includes pipes of distribution and collection headers connected by means of a system of transverse pipes, wherein an external fan is connected to an inlet branch pipe for forced intake of external air, the outlet branch pipe is enclosed in a mixing chamber made in isolation inside the building, to which through a duct air duct and a grid a heater with a fan is connected, supplying heated air to the burner of the boiler unit, and intake duct with grate is bypass, controlled by shutoff valves. Besides, the mixing chamber additionally comprises inflatable grids with a heat-insulated flap for supply of external supply air.

EFFECT: use of the present invention will allow non-fuel method of heating air, achieving reduction of heat costs for heating of fresh air and improving efficiency of fuel combustion.
