FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buildings on permafrost soils with artificial cooling of the foundation soil of the building using a heat pump and simultaneous heating of the building with a heat pump and an additional source of heat. In the method, the superficial foundation of the building, which ensures the preservation of foundation soil in the frozen state with simultaneous heating of the building, consists of a set of foundation modules, that have been manufactured at a factory and are connected to the heat pump in parallel with the help of heat-insulated collectors of the heating and cooling circuits of the heat pump. Above heat-insulated collector of the heating circuit has an external heat source, compensating the lack of low-potential heat, taken from the heat pump from the soil to heat the building, whose intensity is automatically adjusted depending on the heat loss of the building and the amount of low-potential heat taken from the soil by the heat pump.

EFFECT: technical result is to create a foundation structure that provides heating of buildings with simultaneous preservation of soil grounds in the frozen state, regardless of climate changes and without causing undue cooling of permafrost soils, which can lead to their cracking.
