FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: unit for mounting and sealing the nozzle element for the gas turbine system comprises a nozzle element, a locking ring, a seal plate, and a washer. The nozzle element has an outer band rear edge and a pin groove for preventing rotation. The locking ring extends circumferentially around the outer band outer surface and includes a rotation preventing pin and a rotation preventing pin hole. The pin is made to fit in axial orientation in the pin groove and pin hole. The seal plate is on the outer surface of the outer band and configured to retain the pin in the groove and the hole. The seal plate has at least one recess located near its first edge and near the edge of the adjacent seal plate. The washer is positioned in the plate hole of the seal. The hole of the seal plate is aligned with the hole in the locking ring, and a mechanical fastener entering the locking ring through the hole of the seal plate for functional connection of the seal plate with the locking ring. In another version, the unit further includes a cooling groove located in the locking ring near the interface between the lock ring and the seal plate. The pin axially rear end has a recess portion corresponding to the cooling groove. In another version, the plate hole is stepped and located near the radial outer edge of the plate. When mounting the nozzle element in the gas turbine system, the locking ring is arranged near the nozzle element by means of axial orientation to prevent rotation of the pin of the locking ring in the pin groove. The sealing plate is positioned along the nozzle element outer surface near its rear edge. The seal plate is secured to the locking ring by means of a mechanical fastener passing into the cup-shaped washer.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the gas turbine system nozzle element.
