FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to gas turbine engines (GTE), primarily to connection elements of turbine nozzles with combustion chambers. In the connection assembly of the nozzle apparatus of a high-pressure turbine with the end part of the flame tube of the combustion chamber of a gas turbine engine, containing an outer and an inner annular intermediate elements, from the side of each end whereof facing the end part of the flame tube, an annular groove is made, whereto the end sections of the outer and of the inner ring of the flame tube are inserted, according to the present invention, each of the annular intermediate elements is made in form of identical parts taken in the circumferential direction, wherein each of the identical parts of the outer annular intermediate element is connected with the corresponding outer shroud of the nozzle blade, and each of the identical parts of the inner annular intermediate element is connected with the corresponding inner shroud of the nozzle blade, wherein an annular groove is made on the side of the end of the outer annular intermediate element facing the outer shroud of the nozzle blade, whereto protrusions are inserted with an axial gap, each whereof is made at the end of the outer shroud of the nozzle blade, until the ends of the outer and the inner protrusions of the outer annular intermediate element, forming an annular groove, come into contact with the ends of the outer shrouds of the nozzle blades, wherein a coaxial hole for a pin is made in the outer protrusion of each of the identical parts and in the protrusion of the outer shroud of the nozzle blade, above which a longitudinal groove is made in the outer ring of the nozzle apparatus from the side of the end thereof facing the flame tube, in each whereof the upper part of the pin is installed with an axial gap, wherein a gap is formed between the end of the lower part of the pin and the outer surface of the inner protrusion of the outer annular intermediate element, wherein two shoulders are made on each of the pins between the inner surface of the longitudinal groove and the outer surface of the outer protrusion of the outer annular intermediate element, the diameter of the outer one whereof is greater than the width of the longitudinal groove, and the diameter of the inner one is greater than the diameter of the hole for the pin, wherein the inner surface of the inner shoulder and the outer surface of the outer protrusion of the outer annular intermediate element are coupled, and a radial gap is made between the outer shoulder and the outer ring of the nozzle apparatus, moreover, radial protrusions are made on the side of the inner surface of each of the identical parts of the inner of the annular intermediate element and the corresponding inner shroud of the nozzle blade, contacting along the adjacent surfaces and fixed relative to each other by means of a threaded connection, wherein axial protrusions in form of annular segments are made on said adjacent surfaces of the radial protrusions of the identical parts of the inner annular intermediate element, inserted with an axial gap into the corresponding grooves made in the radial protrusions of the inner shrouds of the nozzle blades.
EFFECT: increased repairability of the assembly, simplification of the design of the assembly, increase in the reliability of the assembly are achieved.
