FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolyte solution. Electrolyte solution contains salt whose cation is an alkali metal and organic solvent with hetero element, wherein at least one of the conditions 1–3 is satisfied. Condition 1: with respect to the intensity of peak obtained from organic solvent in the spectrum of vibrational spectroscopy of electrolytic solution the condition Is>Io is satisfied, where the intensity of initial peak of organic solvent is denoted as Io and the intensity of peak resulting from the shift of original peak is denoted as Is. Condition 2: "d/c" obtained by dividing density d (g/cm3) of electrolytic solution to the concentration c of salt (mol/l) in electrolyte solution satisfies the condition 0.15≤d/c≤0.71. Condition 3: viscosity η (mPa · s) of electrolyte solution satisfies the condition 10<η<500 and ionic conductivity σ (mS/cm) of electrolyte solution satisfies the condition 1≤σ<10. Chemical structure of salt anion is represented by the following general formula (7), PF6 or BF4: (R13SO2)(R14SO2)N (General formula (7)), where R13 and R14, each independently represent CnFb; n and b, each is an independent integer greater than or equal to 0, and satisfy the condition 2n+1=b. Organic solvent is selected from: nitriles; simple ethers selected from 1,2-dimethoxyethane, 1,2-diethoxyethane, tetrahydrofuran, 1,2-dioxane, 1,3-dioxane, 1,4-dioxane, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane, 2-methyltetrahydropyran or 2-methyltetrahydrofuran; ethylene carbonate; propylene carbonate; amides; esters; sulfones; sulfoxides; phosphoric acid esters or linear carbonate, where carbonate is represented by the following general formula (10): R19OCOOR20 (General formula (10)), where R19 and R20, each independently selected from CnHaFb, i.e. linear alkyl, n is an integer not less than 1, a and b, each are independent integer not less than 0 and satisfy the condition 2n+1=a+b. Condenser and method for producing electrolyte solution are also provided.
