FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solution of a non-aqueous electrolyte, secondary battery with a non-aqueous electrolyte, and method for producing a secondary battery with a non-aqueous electrolyte. Non-aqueous electrolyte solution includes, as a non-aqueous solvent, a cyclic carbonate and fluorinated carboxylic acid ester containing two fluorine atoms at an alpha carbon atom derived from the carboxylic acid. Volume ratio of the fluorinated carboxylic acid ester and cyclic carbonate is from 50:50 to 95:5. Fluorinated carboxylic acid ester includes CHF2COOCH3. Solution of a non-aqueous electrolyte contains an additive contained in a non-aqueous solvent, which is a combination of compounds C and D:

EFFECT: invention allows to provide high conductivity of the solution of a non-aqueous electrolyte.
