SUBSTANCE: device contains an inductor connected in series with the capacitance to form a resonant circuit and a device for periodically changing the parameters of the resonant circuit. The resonance circuit is connected in series with a high-voltage power supply based on the solar photoelectric module and in parallel with the pulse commutator for closing the circuit of the resonant circuit, the inductor has a first additional winding with the formation of a Tesla transformer. Device for periodic changes of parameters of resonant circuit is designed as natural secluded containers made of conductive material, which is connected in series with the first additional winding Tesla transformer and forms the second resonant circuit. The Tesla transformer comprises a second additional winding which is connected to the second vessel to form a third resonant circuit. The third resonant circuit is connected through a rectifier and an inverter with a load, all three resonant circuits have the same resonant frequency.

EFFECT: increase of the amplification factor and dependence decrease of device parameters and a method of amplification of electrical signals from the amount of load.
