FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to resonance converters of electrical energy based on resonant power amplifiers. Resonant power amplifier contains: a power supply, n-stages of amplification from n-power transformers, where n is the natural number, with the load in the secondary winding of the last power transformer and the series resonant circuits between the low-voltage windings of the power transformers, a feedback device between the windings of the first and last power transformer, all power transformers in the cascades of amplification being made in the form of Tesla transformers. Method describes a resonant power amplifier.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the gain factor and reduced dependency of the parameters of the converter on the magnitude of the load.
