SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-soluble unit dose comprising liquid, bitter agent and water-soluble film. Detergent composition of a unit dosage is described, comprising: (a) at least one compartment, wherein said at least one compartment comprises a liquid composition, said liquid composition comprising a bittering agent and a plasticizing solvent, wherein said plasticizing solvent is selected from the group consisting of water, glycerol, 1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, sorbitol, and mixtures thereof, and wherein said liquid composition further comprises anionic surfactant; (b) water soluble film, said water-soluble film comprising a plasticizer, said plasticizer comprising water, glycerol, diethylene glycol, sorbitol or mixtures thereof, and wherein said water-soluble film comprises a polyvinyl alcohol polymer that is hydrolyzed by from about 80 % to about 99 %.

EFFECT: delivery of the agent, which imparts bitterness to the film, so that it becomes bitter in taste, in a sustainable and economical way.
