ACOUSTIC CABIN Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E04B1/84

Abstract RU 2648736 C1

FIELD: security facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to safe means of labor. In the acoustic cabin containing a base, a frame, life support equipment, window and door openings and enclosures in the form of acoustic panels, with the base installed on at least three pneumatic vibration isolators, made in the form of a rubber-cord shell, is rigidly fastened thereto a cabin frame in the form of acoustic noise-absorbing panels made in the form of a parallelepiped formed by the front and rear walls of the panel, between which the sound absorber is placed, wherein on the front wall there is a slotted perforation, at that, the front wall is made with glazing made of a noise-reflecting translucent panel, panel from the extruded polycarbonate plastic solid sheet is used as a noise-reflecting translucent element, as well as a ceiling part with lamps, a rear wall located in a plane parallel to the front wall plane, and four side walls, in one of which a door is installed, cabin is made sealed and is equipped with a life support system in the form of an artificial microclimate system with a control panel, as well as the workplace, the life support system is made in the form of an artificial microclimate system with a control panel, operator's workplace is equipped with a work table and a chair with vibration isolators in the form of elastomer plates, wherein as an elastomer the "vibroflex EP/25 A" type or vibration damping plates of the "VEP" type are used, at that, the acoustic noise-absorbing panel of the operator's cabin sound absorber contains smooth and perforated surfaces, between which the combined sound-absorbing layer of a complex shape is arranged, which is an alternation of solid sections and hollow sections, which frame is made of a rigid sound-absorbing material, hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces in the cross-section parallel to the drawing plane having a parallelogram shape, inner surfaces of the parallelogram have a toothed structure, the tips of the teeth turned inward the prismatic surfaces, prismatic surfaces edges are fixed respectively on the smooth and perforated surfaces, wherein the cavities formed by the smooth and perforated surfaces, between which a combined sound-absorbing layer of complex shape is arranged, are filled with a soft sound-absorbing material, cavities of hollow sections formed by prismatic surfaces are filled with a foamed polymer, for example polyethylene or polypropylene, at that, the cavities of the hollow sections formed by prismatic surfaces are connected by resonant holes to cavities formed by a smooth and perforated surfaces, between which a combined sound-absorbing layer of complex shape is arranged.

EFFECT: technical result is in increase of the operator’s work efficiency by reducing the dust and noise levels.
