FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic cabins. Acoustic cabin comprises a base, a frame, life support equipment, window and door apertures and enclosures in the form of acoustic panels. Base is installed on pneumatic vibration isolators, and the carcass of the cabin is rigidly fastened to it in the form of acoustic noise-absorbing panels, made in the shape of a parallelepiped, formed by the front and rear walls of the panel, between which the sound absorber is placed. Front wall has perforation. Front wall has glazing, composed of noise-reflecting translucent polygonal panel. As a noise-reflecting translucent element, a panel of a continuous sheet of extruded polycarbonate plastic is used, as well as the ceiling part with lamps, the rear wall, located in the plane, parallel to the plane of the front wall, and four side walls, one of which has a door. Area of the rear wall is larger than the area of the front wall, and the side walls, adjacent to the front wall, are inclined with respect to it, and the walls, adjacent to the rear wall, are perpendicular to it, wherein the cabin is sealed and equipped with a life support system and a workstation. Operator’s workstation is equipped with a working table and a chair with vibration isolators in the form of elastomer plates attached to the chair legs. Sound absorber of the acoustic noise-absorbing panel of the operator's cabin contains a smooth and perforated surfaces, between which there is a layer of sound-absorbing material of a complex shape. Layer of complex shape is an alternation of solid sections and hollow sections. Hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces that, in their cross-section, parallel to plane of the drawing, have the shape of a parallelogram, whose inner surface has a toothed or wavy structure. Teeth tops face inside the prismatic surfaces. Ribs of the prismatic surfaces are secured on the smooth and perforated walls respectfully. Cavities of hollow sections, formed by prismatic surfaces, are filled with a sound absorber. Between the smooth surface and solid sections of the layer of sound-absorbing material of a complex shape, as well as between the perforated surface and solid sections, resonant plates with resonant inserts that perform the functions of the Helmholtz resonator necks are located.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of the operator.
