SUBSTANCE: heat source for heating a liquid in the form of a sealed multilayer briquette having thermal contact with a liquid containing two layers of fuel consisting of a mixture of reagents as a mixture of a lithium metal, lithium aluminium hydride and a catalyst, which uses elements of the tenth group of the periodic table of chemical elements, between these fuel layers there is a layer with several electric heaters distributed evenly in the layer together with the coils arranged in the immediate vicinity of electric heaters temperature sensors. Electric heaters and temperature sensors are located at the nodes of the intersection of horizontal and vertical conductors isolated from each other, evenly distributed along the height and length of the layer. One end of the temperature sensor has electrical contact with the nearest horizontal conductor and the other end of the temperature sensor has electrical contact with the nearest vertical conductor, one end of the electric heater has electrical contact with the nearest horizontal conductor and the other end of the electric heater has electrical contact with the nearest vertical conductor.
EFFECT: steady uniform temperature distribution by volume of fuel.
