FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermal-physic facilities of digital automated temperature measure circuit. Digital automated temperature measure circuit and thermal calibration of variable temperature calorimetre consists of a calorimetre cell encased into an isothermic shell; two blocks, a bridge temperature measure sensor, a calibrating resistance heater made out of manganin wire bifilar wound around a cylinder mandrel are installed in the said calorimetre cell. A 24 bit analogue-digital converter with three independent differential inputs, a single-stage differential amplifier on two operational amplifiers, and also a current sensor and a precision source of reference voltage are installed in the first block. In the second block there are installed a transistor switch, the 24 bit analogue-digital converter, a single-stage differential amplifier, the bridge temperature measure sensor, the calibrating resistance heater, and the current sensor. Generating a measure result and its transmitting is performed via interface of communication with a micro-controller designed for bi-directional exchange between digital automated circuit and a personal computer via USB-interface.
EFFECT: development of digital automated circuit of temperature measuring and heat calibration of variable temperature calorimetre, which facilitates expanding range of measure heat effects of chemical process, simplifies methods of their determination and upgrades reliability of measured value and accuracy of obtained results.
