SUBSTANCE: combined system has cargo wagon (3) with hinged sides (6), configured to lock each of the two head parts (11) of the wagon with the first locking device in their lifted position and at least one rotary and unlocking device (52) to control the locking device for unlocking the sides (6) of the wagon and for lifting and tilting the sides (6) of the wagon. Each rotary and unlocking device (52) has a rotary and unlocking appliance (78), which has tools for controlling the first locking appliance for unlocking the sides (6) of the wagon and the device for lifting and tilting the sides (6) of the wagon. The device (52) is installed on the ground (113) next to and outside of the rail track (2) and capable of moving in perpendicular longitudinal direction (17) of the wagon, transverse direction (18) of the wagon to the cargo wagon (3) and away from it.
EFFECT: higher reliability and simplified design.
