FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a composite fibrous panel, in particular for use in door constructions or sandwich panels. Composite fibrous panel is described, the core of which contains from 20 up to 70 wt. % of mineral fibers and from 30 up to 80 wt. % of a polymer material. Polymer material comprises (i) a particulate polymer material selected from the group consisting of rubber (rubbers), natural rubber (rubbers), polyurethane, elastomer (elastomers) and mixtures thereof, (ii) a polymer material in the form of a foam and (iii) a binder. Herewith, the particulate polymer material has an average geometric diameter within the range from 0.1 up to 30 mm. Also described are: a sandwich panel, a door characterized by an improved fire resistance or soundproofing capability, as well as a method for producing the composite fibrous panel.
EFFECT: providing a composite fibrous panel with the fire resistance limit of Ei30, where the presence of a polymeric material preferably reduces the sound transmission within the range from 50 up to 5,000 Hz and the compressive strength is at least 500 kPa.
