Minimum working air gap brake disc is located between the electromagnetic poles. Along the circumference, on both sides of the electromagnetic pole, there are sensors for the position of the poles of the brake disc, which are connected to the electronic control unit. Electromagnetic poles are split into two or more poles. Disc retainer that contains the pin is attached to the frame of the bogie.
EFFECT: increased braking torque created by the disc electromechanical brake, and the exclusion of electric power consumption when the cart is stationary are achieved.
