SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be useful for fixing distal tendon of biceps arm muscle to radius tuberosity. Form parallel channels in radius tuberosity, form through the incision of the skin on the front surface of the shoulder. Two pairs of ligature loops are carried out through meatus by means of thin conductor and are taken out to posterior forearm through a skin puncture. Meatus ligature loops are fixed by mutual crossing, then alternately drawn in opposite directions through the channels to the front surface of the forearm in such a way that the ligature loop of the first channel is removed from the second channel, and the ligature loop of the second channel is removed from the first channel. Tendon ligatures fixing the tendon are fixed to the ligature loops of the canals and again pulled through radius tuberosity meatus in the opposite direction, taking into account anatomically correct position of tendon. Tendon ligatures pulled out on the anterior surface are stretched and fixed to radial tuberosity bone through access on the anterior surface of the lower third of the arm.

EFFECT: method reduces traumatization of soft tissues, prevents rotational contractures.
