FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, namely to devices for the preparation of fibrous materials prior to their introduction into construction and road construction mixtures for reinforcing the latter. This plant has a mixer and a working device for preparing fiber fibers, installed in front of the mixer. Working body contains a hopper with gate valves at the entrance and exit from it, equipped with a visualization element, temperature meter, heater, fan. Such working body also includes a fiber-fiber splitter placed in a vortex chamber and the rotor-disk is driven by motor. Vortex chamber has a nozzle for supplying compressed air into it and openings for receiving fiber fibers from the hopper on one side and discharging the fiberglass into a mixer.
EFFECT: obtaining a quality road-building mixture with fiber by eliminating the heterogeneity in itself.
